Shropshire Cross Country League Open to U11s to U17s Venue: Much Wenlock

The first race in the 2020 Club Championship. The final race in the 2019-2020 Herefordshire Cross Country League. The ladies/juniors/veterans race starts at 10:45am, mens at 11:00am, starting at the Forestry carpark off Broadaxe Road in Presteigne. The race will be followed by the presentation ceremony at the Memorial Hall from 12:30pm.

Fell race. "The route follows rocky and grassy tracks, has 4 major climbs, 2 steep grassy descents, 3 minor road crossings and 2 stream crossings. Its 7.8km long with 580mtrs of ascent. As short Shropshire races go, this one is HARD! NOT RECOMMENDED AS A FIRST RACE."
