Welcome to the home of Mid Wales Athletics
To welcome in the New Year the ladies running group is holding a new beginners course. So if you've thought about giving it a go but haven't quite gotten around to it and feel now is the time, come along and join us on a Thursday night between 6 and 7pm.
The course, the 21st course run by the club, is taken by qualified leaders who will support all runners to progress through the various stages to conclude with a 5km event at the end of the 10 weeks. All runners will be encouraged to progress at their own pace.
The group will meet at Maldwyn Leisure Centre and costs just £2 per session.
Please come along and join us - wear suitable clothing and footwear.
